The flat with fireplace and private sauna is 112 square metres and has two balconies. You can see the sea from every window - really every window.
When you eat, you look east towards the surfers, the pier and the Fehmarn-Sund bridge.
By the way, the flat comes with a ticket for the Aktiv-Hus (approx. 250 metres away), which allows you to swim in the warm salt water once a day with two adults and two children.
You could also use the sauna area there, but since you have a private sauna and a fireplace in the flat, no one has used it yet.
In the evening, you sit on the west-facing balcony and take photos of the beautiful sunset
You have sunshine on the front balcony in the morning and on the back balcony from midday. 100 metres in front of the house is the "surfing lane", with the long beach that you can walk along to the end of Graswarder.
In the other direction, you walk 200 metres to the west beach. There you can walk along the steep coast for kilometres

Heiligenhafen is a grown place that offers you everything you need to feel good, even out of season. The flat is located exactly where the coastline makes a small bend. Therefore, you always have a sea view both to the front and to the back. More sea is not possible.
You can reach two bakeries and a few restaurants in about 200 metres. The Aktiv-Hus with swimming pool and sauna is also only 300 metres away.
